Over many years, I would always comment to my wife that buying a house in Florida was a classic example of the dilemma of choice. How can you possibly narrow your choices given the thousands of options? Thank god for Dory. She figured us out in about an hour and we found our house the second day. Not an ideal time to buy real estate by the way.
